At readlist.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, we're here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

- The book must be unused and in its original condition.
- The book must be returned with all original packaging, if applicable.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the book and packaging so we can review your request.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:

- The book has been used or damaged after delivery.
- The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.
- The damage is caused by improper handling after receipt.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method where possible. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be arranged through an agreed method.
